Don't know about the costs, but at least for me the ATM machine 
downstairs in the Hilton lobby does not work with European VISA cards, 
under any settings of the configuration options. Plus its slow. 
Solution: walk to the conference center side. Downstairs they have two 
ATMs and they work well & fast.
