Sounds about right.

No major construction happening now, though the Jameson exit is closed, so the best exit to take is Spadina.

Note there is very limited parking at the airport itself, and I've heard it quickly fills up
in the morning (Though I've never used it, as I live a 10 minute walk from the city airport :)
