Well, the TSA I-D checker (or contractor) might accept the card
in lieu of a passport or driver's license as "government issued
ID" for domestic travel.  Might.  Might even be impressed,
which, with a couple of bucks, would by a cup of coffee at the
average airport.  Also "might".  :-(
