At UKNOF meetings, we've had one of our sponsor hosts (AQL) supply the
name badges, which also happened to be custom-printed full-sized SIM
cards :-) These were pre-loaded with some 3G data credits and the option
to convert to a paying tariff. They've been very popular, especially
with out-of-country attendees.

Also, not so much use for Germany and Greece, but I was pleased to see
a large prepay SIM-card kiosk (http://www.simlocal.com) just after
arrivals at Heathrow Terminal 1.
