That's good to know. Note that by having a work visa you have 
"temporary residency" (until the visa runs out) and I guess that
makes you "resident" for the purpose of getting Pre. The rest of
the discussion centered around whether or not a VISITOR could get
Pre and I think the conclusion is no.
