There are additional exceptions for those who are elite FF members of 
a participating airline.

If the French and U.K. programs shorten immigration queues, then they 
are not comparable to TSA Pre-Check but rather CBP Trusted Traveler 
programs.  The CBP program provides expedited immigration processing 
and does interwork with Australia's similar program.
