Hi all,

We would like to invite you to participate in the upcoming half-day workshop on Security Incident Information Sharing (SIIS). It is scheduled on July 26 (Friday), 2013 in Berlin, Germany, the Friday before the next IETF meeting.

You might find this workshop interesting if you want to learn about the IETF standardization work in that area, or if you want to share your experience in that area. Incident information sharing has gotten more attention recently as governments develop their ideas on how to increase Internet security. For example, Article 14 of the proposed EU Cybersecurity Directive contains provisions regarding incident sharing and the recently launched "Network and Information Security Platform" will have a working group on the same topic as well. Similar developments also happen in other parts of the world.

Details about the workshop can be found on the following web site: http://siis.realmv6.org/

Registration is required (for room planning purposes). There is no requirement to submit a position paper and the workshop is free of charge.

Ciao
Hannes
