the stores will also perform the arcane activation rituals for you,
which is exceedingly helpful.  in berlin, i thought sim and top-up
stores were scarce until i realized that every tabac and newsstand did
it.

contest for the day: in what venues might there _not_ be stores within a
short walk?  [ and don't try the poorer economies.  there the stores are
even more plentiful and will even unlock your iphone for you. ]

the ietf - where we build mountains.  out of molehills.
