I didn't say it was cheap, I said they would mail you the SIM ahead of 
time.  If you're willing to wait at least until you emerge from baggage 
claim, many of the airports at which people arrive for meetings have 
stores, kiosks, or vending machines with local SIMs.  That's the kind of 
stuff I'd hope to find in the wiki.
