Last time in Vancouver, I picked up a Fido SIM card at Pepper Wireless in
the Royal Centre which is right next door to the Hyatt.  You can get there
without getting wet (assuming it will be raining in November).  I think I
had to buy the SIM for $10 and then add another $10 in credits to buy data
access.  I have no idea if this is a good deal or not.
