For people arriving by air, they're available at the 7-11 in the
airport.  If you use a coupon from the book, you do *not* have to pay
the $5 airport surcharge for the train, although you may have to buy
an extra zone add-fare from the machine on the platform if you travel
during a weekday into downtown.

The books are good indefinitely; I still have a a few coupons left
from last year.
