First off, try to take the train, it’s cheaper and no slower. I live here, am in the optimal position: Know the efficient way to get everywhere, always show up with a boarding pass, never check luggage, have a Nexus. I get there an hour before flight time. If there is any dicy-ness at all about your citizenship/immigration status, add another hour.
