Ted,
Any customer of BT can write to the Chairman and Chief Executive and expect a resolution - not an explanation within 72 hours.

My mail bounced, I would encourage someone form the NOC to raise it with the Hitlon and ask them to either write, email ring or contact the BT Head office.
