For what its worth, I’m in the east wing, and my room has been great.
Water is hot, AC works, room is quiet, and cleaning staff has always come
in timely fashion. I have found all hotel staff in reception and
restaurants to be very pleasant and helpful.
Oh, and elevators work exceptionally well :)

Cheers,
Charles
