You forget this is the IETF.  No one cares.  I think the dress code 
is ("pants of some sort requested in most public areas")

Now, if these are video conference meetings, I can't speak for your 
coworkers at seeing you in PJs or shirtless.  Maybe "Poor fellow, 
he's up at all hours sacrificing his sleep to get our goals 
accomplished" or "miserable slob -- if I have to wear a shirt so does 
he"
