we have parallel meetings at the same time.

The newcomer session is set for exactly that. As you have seen, people are all identified by dots and also wg names. I was there and I've seen most ADs, most IAB members and a lot of WG chairs.

you have the whole week. And they are usually pretty easy to talk to.
