It should change the state - there is a pictogram in the right bottom
corner (AFAIR):
smth looking like a square and as you press the button there is a
human figure pictogram (dis)appearing inside that box.

Interesting...In my room all my attempts to increase the temperature
failed: when I press "up" button the display
shows '25' for a minute and then drops back to horrible '21 degree' :((
