Huh.  That¹s my experience on the 11th floor of the Tower.

If indeed it¹s systemic problem, and it¹s not going to be fixed, then some
form of compensation is in order.  I asked them to fix this for me this
morning by going to the front desk.  I discovered that the ³magic button²
on the phone in the room doesn¹t work.

I am pretty disappointed in this hotel.  The staff, for me, has been nice,
but the facilities are subpar, pretty much all around.  About the only
positive thing I can say for facilities is that the chairs in the meeting
rooms are comfortable.
