I do not blame the secretariat for this, but if there is a knob to turn, it would be good if it could be turned. In general when we whine, it's because we imagine that there is some thing that can still be changed, not because we are mad at the secretariat. I really hope that they don't take it personally; if they do, they should feel free to pie me, because I would deserve it. It's a hard job, particularly with people like us as end-users.
