There are three towers in this hotel.  I am in the West Wing and my
connection is great.  I have power plugs and I have wifi.  I wonder if I
just got lucky  and the rest of you are in other towers?  Saying you're on
the "nth floor" I think isn't really enough info to tell as I suspect there
are 4th floors in each tower.
