I meant a welcoming speach while we all newcomers join in one room
only listen, so the 5 leaders meet the newcomers within 10 minute
speach one way communication to new comers (we don't mind remotely
through skype through a large screen to be seen by all).

Thanks, and don't worry I did my reviews of documents, but just made
my comment experience as an attendant.
