I've got 824 and called BT due to very poor (laptop) to nonexistent (ipad/iphone) wireless connections. Their response -- "There is an access point right outside your room. What devices are you using?" Me - "Ipad/Iphone" Them - "Oh! You need to turn down brightness and turn off background to boost power to wifi." Uh...yeah. Indeed, if I go right into the hallway full bars. In the room - not so much. I'm too tired to deal with it now, but may look at moving... -j On Mar 1, 2014, at 8:19 AM, Dave Oran (oran) <oran@cisco.com> wrote: > Changed rooms and that solved the wired Ethernet problem. If it's not the cable, the hotel or BT should be able to organize someone with physical access to sort it out.
