All kind of breakfasts cold and hot ;-) but I did not try the restaurants.

Always having breakfast closer to restaurants  is better heated.

If it was cold, then it may be not done on breakfast.

That is not Hilton, may be in 3 rd floor there is a different service
staff.

I think we get best breakfast in England, and if you don't then you need to
ask for it and if we have breakfast in London  just make your comment, and
you will get good respond quickly.
