The downstairs restaurant though is also redirecting upstairs if you happen to wear your IETF badge at least that us what happened to me on Wed as I walked into the restaurant the attendant promptly reminded me that breakfast for my group is served upstairs.

The main breakfast restaurant is better than the subset upstairs.
There are fried eggs, waffles, and other items that are not included
upstairs.
