help desk should know how to get info, such as bssid, off the phone.  or
boot to someone in the noc.  but with the net down, everybody home, ...
there is little hope.

i report bugs as soon as i sense them.  i may not have sufficient info
to debug, but perhaps my issues correlate with those of others.  and,
yes, i whine even when all i can say is "the intertubes are broken."
