Hello,

You are receiving this email because you attended an IETF meeting in the last year and listed yourself as a newcomer to the organization.

Please consider participating in a project to revamp the public-facing IETF website (http://www.ietf.org). A key goal for the project is to make the website more useful for individuals who are considering participating in, or new to, the IETF.

A key part of the project is engaging with new participants directly, to better understand what about the website currently works well, and what changes would be most helpful to support and encourage participation. The plan currently calls for two one-on-one conversations with the website development team, with the first to occur during the discovery phase in the next few weeks, and then during the testing phase currently scheduled for July. These would be scheduled at mutually convenient times, and there may be other opportunities to provide input.

If you would be interested in participating, or would like more information, please contact Greg Wood <wood@isoc.org>, who is working with the IETF project manager, Joe Hildebrand, on this effort.

Sincerely,

Naveen Khan
