Hilton Hawaiian Village Emergency Procedures Guests can dial 21 from an in house phone to reach the hotel emergency staff who will take care of all emergencies. Medical Emergency Information Hotel Phone: 21 Straub Hospital: Main Switchboard: +1(808) 522-4000 Straub Hospital is a ten minute car ride from the hotel at 888 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. The hospital has 24 hour emergency services and the emergency entrance is located on the north side of the hospital fronting Hotel Street. The hotel has trained first aiders on staff on a 24 hour basis.
