I read the water temp is between 70 and 80F (22-28 C°) during winter. I read that typically a 3mm shorty would do, although local Divemasters who dive lots all year round use 5mm to 7mm full suits.

Well, therefore i would guess Finnish scuba divers would probably go naked in Hawaii ;) In Austria, we do have at least 24° in our lakes during summer on the surface.
