That section contains a rather glaring non sequitur: "Since attendees 
must wear their name tags, they must also wear shirts or blouses." 
This would be debatable even if the name tags used pins, but since 
lanyards are provided, this is obviously not so.  Further, some 
attendees wear their name tags on their pants.
