I get that there are folks with dietary restrictions, and I have not
(knowingly) made "....judgements on concerns raised by those that
do..." I was trying to steer the conversation in the direction of
"can we have lunch and a plenary at the same time?" and not derail
into a discussion of specific food options. The former is a question
about how we manage our time, can we multi-task, etc, etc. The latter
is an implementation detail in my view. It may well be that the food
issue is not solvable, but I think that's further down the road in
this discussion IMO.

I am sure there are MANY folks who would prefer NOT to have to sit
through presentations during lunch, want to get away from the venue,
meet with others in smaller groups, etc, etc, and those were the
kind of arguments I was expecting.
