I will say that when I saw some well dressed young people at the bits n 
bytes, I just assumed they were going out for the evening directly from 
the gathering and did not want to allocate time to change later.  
Perhaps there was a chamber music performance somewhere nearby!  (not 
that Charlie's playing should be missed if you hung around that long!)

No big deal to see someone not dressed in IETF t-shirts and worn jeans....
