Not really, we typically organize the rooms typically such that the
plenary room is un-occupied in the immediately proceeding meeting.

there are a bunch of inputs to the precise arrangement of the schedule.
this particular arrangement is driven by a number of accommodations,
which are not likely to precisely replicated in the future.
