Czech Republic is part of European Union (and the Schengen Zone) but
does not use the Euro. It has it's own currency the Czech Koruna. That
is what everyone will ordinarily accept. There might be some
exceptions like high-end hotels and tourist shops that might accept
the euro but you are likely to get it at an insane markup, so it is
better to convert it to Czech Koruna.

If you have Euros, expect to convert them to Czech Koruna when you are
in Prague.
