We do NOT spend "too little" in Prague just because eg: Paris/London/
San-Francisco or other US cities are insanely overpriced primarily
due to housing. Almost all of the $500,000 end up with land lords in those cities.
Total waste of money.

I think the IETF should not go back to those type of cities.  The Internet
is and oculd even be more so the key enabler to slow down this mega and/or
overpriced-city spiral but the IETF makes the opposite statement by continuing
to meet in them.
