It's clear that two main purposes of the plenaries are
a) for all our 'management' groups to report transparently to the community;
b) for the community to give honest open feedback to the 'management', or
to raise issues of general interest that don't fit anywhere else.

I am a little puzzled about the goal of the technical presentations
in the IAB plenary, but I'm ready to be educated.
