Hello Ted,

Recent technical plenaries have been very interesting and I hope they 
will continue.  WG chairs could conceivably preview the upcoming 
technical plenary topics and recommend topics of likely specific 
interest to their WG members.  That might be very helpful to take 
advantage of opportunities for building connections within the IETF.  I 
say "conceivably" because the chairs usually have plenty of other urgent 
tasks and deadlines to deal with.
