+1. (Like Glen Deen, and others, I think that) it should be inquired 
about when negotiating the rate, and disclosed on the official meeting 
pages, not just a community wiki (that is not known to all participants).

Same thing along with amenities such as: handicap/accessible facilities, 
breakfast or other meals, room types 
[single/double/queen/king/suite/blah blah], any special transportation 
services [i.e., airport or other shuttles, special entrances, proximity 
or connection to convention venue], taxes & fees.
