Good afternoon.

I have been working with Hilton to ensure that you all receive your earned Hilton Honors points from the IETF95 meeting in Buenos Aires in the Spring. I have just heard from Hilton that they believe they have now addressed the issues that caused the points not to be awarded, and have ensured that all eligible IETF attendees have been awarded their points. Unfortunately, there is a lag between the time the points are “awarded” and the time they show up in the guest’s Hilton Honors account. Therefore, please mark your calendars for 10 July and check (one more time, please) to see if you have received your Hilton Honors points. If not, please let me know and provide:
	Name on reservation
	Confirmation number (if available)
	Arrival date
	Departure date
	Hilton Honors number
Copy of hotel invoice covering your stay (if available)

Thank you all.

Laura
