Re: [95attendees] hhonors points credited ?

That happened to me when I tried earlier (before we had word that points 
should be forthcoming). The HHonors people said this was completely up 
to the hotel, and stonewalled on my questions about why the rate I paid 
was ineligible.

Is there a specific contact and/or key phrase we need to use?
