http://imgur.com/a/uyhcG is what it looks like on my screen (just made
that screen shot).

The web agenda says for the friday 10-12 slot
(https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/96/agenda.html):

Bellevue	tsv	aqm	Active Queue Management and Packet Scheduling Shared slot with TSVWG - Moved from Friday 12:20
Bellevue	tsv	tsvwg	Transport Area Working Group

So it's probably as Tom stated, there are now two meeting scheduled in the
same room for the same time, instead of having two slots (10-11 and 11-12)
with two different sessions in the same room.
