I just asked the hotel, who responded very quickly.

Attached is info about buses to the Conrad from the airport, which is pretty similar to the info on the meeting wiki, but it includes a map of where the stop is at the airport, and a timetable for the 6030 bus.  It also has some info about the AREX train and getting to the hotel from Gimpo airport.

The “most convenient” hotel limousine is around 100GBP… :)

Another route:
AREX Incheon to Gimpo Airport station, then transfer to express subway
from Gimpo Airport to Yeouido Station by line 9.
