To be clear, I wouldn't remotely suggest that anyone should conform to
America's notion of sizing.  People just want to know what size shirt
to get, and I was merely offering one frame of reference.

If in the future getting the right size means dispensing with this
whole notion of S/M/L/XL and I have to learn my measurements in
centimeters or gaz or etzbas or whatever, then so be it.
