Is your A/C actually running? When I got into my room, it was set to "heat"
mode with no way to change it that I could find: setting the temperature
lower than ambient while in heating mode doesn't by itself do anything. I
went to the front desk and they did something while I was out to turn the
A/C on, and it seems fine now.
