For the Kensington. Try to find out small switch screwed to wall or furniture near you bed. It controls the heater provided sopsticated control panel near your bed does not work.

Same here at the Kensington. Looks like they removed the AC control
panel and replaced it with a plastic plate. I've opened the window. :)
