Hi,

All;

To improve consistency for sizing we are looking at establishing
a contractural relationship with one t-shirt house for Hosts to use.

After a couple meetings folks should then be able to provide more
accurate input for their size.

I hope we can get this setup for Chicago and someone will offer
to Host the meeting.

That sounds rather good :)

Will that also mean designs are preserved so we could order additional shirts/replacements online? I would guess many people would pay $20 a pop for those. Any money raised that way could, for example, go to a bursary fund to help support student travel to the IETF.

My conclusion at the end of the exercise was that the inputs provided by the manufacturer aren't sufficient and that it's necessary to get samples at the relevant sizes and compare them vs. some baseline.

Maybe we need to invent a new unit and use offsets. The Jari (not to pick on anyone). Jari+1, Jari-2, etc. ;^)
