In the wonderful "The host", by Bong Joon-ho
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Host_(2006_film)>, the monster gets
out of the water in the Yeoudio Hangang park, just outside of the
Conrad (turn right when going out of the hotel).

There is even a real-size statue of the monster in the park :-)
