Some of you may have already signed up for Sunday’s Speed Mentoring session — great! If you missed the earlier invitation, it’s not too late to sign up now.

Speed Mentoring is an effective way to meet a number of IETF attendees in a short period of time. For an IETF newcomer, it is a simple way to be introduced to a variety of experienced IETF attendees - often WG chairs - who can help you understand how to get more involved in your areas of interest.

You will spend five-to-ten minutes with each match before moving on to another person. While this is not a lot of time, it is enough to cover the basics (e.g. areas of interest, essential questions) and then of course you are encouraged to continue the conversation throughout the meeting week. We anticipate that you will speak with fifteen different people in this one-hour session.

Date: Sunday, March 26, 2017
Time: 13:45-14:45
Location: Lucerne Ballroom

Register here: https://www.ietf.org/registration/ietf98/rsvp.py?eventid=4&eventcode=3494518

Note: you will need your registration confirmation number to sign up. If you don’t have it handy, you can retrieve it here: https://www.ietf.org/registration/ietf98/sendconfirmno.py.
