Hello IETF 98 Companions!

There is only a few days before we will see you all in Chicago during IETF 98!

There is an IETF Companions Reception Sunday afternoon from 4:30-5:30pm on the 42nd floor of the Swissotel in the Matterhorn Room. After the Companions Reception, you are welcome to join the IETF Welcome Reception in the Lucerne Ballroom on the Lucerne Level.

Long-time Companions may remember a few years ago when we had an IETF Companions T-shirt designed and made available via a print-on-demand CafePress Store. We’ve done something similar for 2017 - this design takes into account all three meetings this year, and is available for purchase here:

http://www.cafepress.com/2017ietfcompanions

There is some good information being shared about the immediate area around the IETF meeting venue on the IETF 98 Meeting Wiki here:

https://www.ietf.org/registration/MeetingWiki/wiki/ietf98

The Swissotel provides a guide to the area that you may find helpful to download (and printed out is a handy area map with places to go and things to see):

We look forward to seeing you all in Chicago!

Best regards,

Amy Vezza
IETF Project Manager
