We are going to go with

If there is anyone who has an IPv6 only client, please let me know as I will
need to get tunneling setup for my server.  (An IPv6 only server is not a
problem.)

Ludwig, we made some changes to the document at the last F2F meeting.  It
would be nice to get those changes published.
