It is time for the chairs to start building the agenda for the F2F in Montreal. If you want a presentation slot, please let ace-chairs@ietf.org <mailto:ace-chairs@ietf.org> know the following: * What document or topic is this about * Who is doing the presentation * How long you think this will take * Are you going to be remote, if so is there going to be a backup locally * Will there be a new document published by the deadline As always - try and get use the slides well before the meeting so people can look at them and get some topic background if needed. Please try and get the presentations focused on where the authors need input from the working group rather than a history of what is being done and what has been changed. Use the F2F time wisely. Jim
